AC Milan fell 2-4 of Monza in the continuation of the Italian League. This made the Rossoneri fail to overtake Juventus.

Milan’s goal shook again in injury time. Dany Mota scored a goal through a counter-attack scheme and Monza led 2-0 at halftime.

Milan had to play with 10 people in the 52nd minute. Luka Juvic was given a straight red card after hitting an opposing player.

Milan managed to reduce the deficit to 1-2 in the 64th minute. Olivier Giroud, who only entered in the 54th minute, managed to poke the ball in from a cross.

Monza seemed unable to put pressure on Milan even though they were superior in number of players: The visitors were even able to threaten Monza’s goal several times.

Milan was finally able to equalize the score at 2-2 in the 88th minute. Christian Pulisic fired a shot from the side of the penalty box and successfully ripped Monza’s goal.

Monza a minute later immediately responded to the goal. Warren Bonda’s measured shot successfully gave Monza a 3-2 lead.

Monza added another goal to close the match with a 4-2 win. Now it’s Lorenzo Colombo’s turn to add to the suffering of his former club.

This result keeps Milan in third place with 52 points or failing to catch up with Juventus. Monza is eleventh with 33 points.
