Since then, two earthquakes with a maximum seismic intensity of 4 occurred this morning. A magnitude 4.9 earthquake occurred at around 6:35 p.m. yesterday, the 29th, and a magnitude 4 earthquake was observed in Oami Shirasato City, Chiba Prefecture. A magnitude 5.2 earthquake occurred at around 5:43 a.m. today, March 1st, in Saitama Midori Ward, Saitama Prefecture, Togane City, Chiba Prefecture, Sammu City, Oami Shirasato City, Ichinomiya Town, Shirako Town, Chonan Town, and other cities. A seismic intensity of 4 was observed in Hara City.
Prepare for earthquakes
