“Our colors. Our kind.” – ÖFB presents jerseys for EURO 2024

Shortly after the successful international matches against Slovakia and Turkey, the ÖFB presented its new jerseys. The home jersey is classic red, the away jersey is white.

The makers were creative with the red home jersey. They themselves describe it as follows: “The new home jersey is inspired by the delicate beauty of Austrian Art Nouveau architecture. Artfully designed graphics are combined with proud details to celebrate the country’s creativity and innovation.” The jersey is largely in classic red. There are also white edges on the sleeves and a white round neckline.

The away jersey uses the traditional white. The design extras consist of gray and bright turquoise accents. These are “a nod to the graphic reinterpretation of the eagle and its wings.” They are intended to represent the nation’s affinity for nature and adventure. The away jerseys have a black V-neck and black trim on the sleeves.

Marco Müller, the Senior Director Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel & Individual at Puma says about the new jerseys: “The almost 50-year collaboration between PUMA and the ÖFB testifies to our incredible history and the pride in this long-standing partnership. Under Ralf Rangnick, the ÖFB has undergone impressive football development, which is reflected in the presence of Austrian players in the top European leagues. I definitely believe the ÖFB can come up with one or two surprises and am confident that we will experience many successful games during the European Championship.”
