This Monday morning (8/4), the president of the Regional Labor Court of the 6th Region, judge Nise Pedroso Lins de Sousa, led the administrative session, held in the Cais do Apolo headquarters building. On that occasion, the institution’s plenary session considered the 15 topics covered.
Unanimously, routine administrative requests and three ordinances dealing with compensation and removal from jurisdiction were approved, in response to requests from male and female magistrates.
During the session, the time contained in the OAB certificates referring to judges who entered the judiciary after Constitutional Amendment 20/98 was approved – in adjustment to the decision of the Federal Court of Auditors.
Also unanimously approved was the voluntary retirement request of the judicial analyst, specializing in medicine, Simone Aguiar de Santana. With almost 28 years of dedication to TRT-6, the doctor worked in the institution’s Health Division.
