Has there been any improvement in relations between the Polish government and the European Union in the last month of the war?
It is very important for Poland to be part of the Community. This is confirmed by the results of the Eurobarometer surveys, according to which the Polish company is unquestionably one of the most pro-European in the EU. Undoubtedly, in the light of the threats posed by Russia’s aggression on Ukraine, the cooperation of member states and EU institutions has acquired a completely new dimension. From an industrial point of view, I would like to underline Poland’s involvement in Projects of Common European Interest (Ipcei) with strong cooperation with Italy: these are indispensable initiatives to fill the gaps in the market and build adequate production skills in key and technologically strategic areas. I am thinking of the development of technologies related to hydrogen fuel cells, or activities in the area of health.
