Jesse Jane, a highly successful porn actress from the 2000s, and her boyfriend, Brett Hasenmuelle, were found dead in a house in Oklahoma, in the United States, on Wednesday (24). According to TMZ, police are working on the hypothesis of a drug overdose.
The outlet reported that officers responded to a call from an employee of Brett, who had not heard from him in a few days. The agents then went to check the residence when they identified the bodies.
It is still unclear how long Jesse, 43, and Brett had been dead by the time they were found. An investigation is underway, together with a coroner, to determine the real cause of both deaths.

Jesse Jane rose to fame in the porn industry after starting her career at Digital Playground in 2002. A few months after signing a contract with the company, she appeared on Showtime’s “Family Business”. The blonde also made several appearances in adult films, including “Pirates” (2005) and “Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge” (2008), inspired by “Pirates of the Caribbean”, considered one of the most expensive porn films ever made.
The production would have a budget of US$8 million (more than R$39 million in current terms). After Jesse’s popularity soared, she switched to Playboy. She hosted a live show titled “Night Calls” as well as Playboy TV’s “Naughty Amateur Home Videos.”

The porn actress also made some appearances in mainstream films, such as “Baywatch” (2003), “Starsky & Hutch – Double Justice” (2004) and “Entourage: Fame and Friendship” (2004). In 2009, she was part of a CNBC doc called “Porn: Business of Pleasure,” which showed what her life was like away from the cameras.
Jesse Jane has become a major reference in the porn industry and has presented several awards, including the AVN Awards and the XBIZ Awards. She has also launched her own line of sex toys.
