[Epoch Times September 10, 2021](Epoch Times reporter Yu Ping German report) Autumn and winter are coming, and various schools in Germany are also opening one after another. Strengthening epidemic control has become a top priority again. Since Hamburg took the lead in implementing strict epidemic prevention measures, many German cities have announced follow-up actions. The southern state of Baden-Württemberg (Bad Führer for short) even offered Germany’s most stringent epidemic prevention measures so far.

Baden-Württemberg: I may not be able to participate in public life without vaccinations

The state of Pakistan announced a few days ago that since September 13th, strict epidemic prevention measures will be implemented throughout the state. The state has introduced two indicators: the number of Covid-19 infected patients received in hospitals and the number of infected patients in intensive care units.

If the number of patients in intensive care units across the state reaches 200 to 250, the warning level will be reached, which means that the state’s epidemic prevention measures will be more stringent. In other words, those who are not vaccinated must show negative PCR test results when participating in indoor activities, and the rapid test results are deemed invalid.

If there are more than 300 patients in the intensive care unit in Baden-Württemberg, those who have not been vaccinated will be excluded from public life. In other words, those who have not been vaccinated in Baden-Württemberg can only maintain the most basic living needs in the future, such as going to supermarkets, gas stations, etc., but cannot go to shops to buy clothes or watch movies.

According to the state regulations of Baden-Württemberg, only children under the age of 12 and pregnant women are not covered by this regulation. The state’s August 30 records show that there are 168 intensive care patients.

Lafayette: Adopting three-level warning standards

Following Hamburg, the state of Lafayette has also introduced 2G epidemic prevention measures (that is, certain activities can only participate in vaccinated persons and those who have recovered from the epidemic), which will take effect on September 12. The governor of the state, Malu Dreyer, said, “For the vaccinated and the recovered, it is another big step in returning to normal life.”

According to the seven-day infection index, the seven-day hospitalization value, and the number of critically ill beds, the state divides the warning levels into three levels. If two of these indicators exceed a certain value for three consecutive days, the next level of epidemic prevention measures will be initiated.

The state stipulates that in the future, only up to 25 unvaccinated people will be allowed to stay in public places. If the warning level is increased to level 2, the number will be reduced to 10, and the warning level will reach level 3, and the number of unvaccinated persons allowed in public places will be reduced to 5.

In addition, when participating in a closed space event, the number of people who have not been vaccinated is limited to a maximum of 250 people. The number requirement will also decrease as the alert level increases.

Shihe Prefecture: Strictly implement 3G epidemic prevention measures

Shihe State stipulates that the state will implement 3G measures starting from September 20, that is, those who are vaccinated, those who have recovered from the epidemic, and those who have tested negative for the virus, participate in friend gatherings, watch movies, go to restaurants, gyms, etc., without being subject to epidemic prevention measures. , Including wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, etc. Similarly, the epidemic prevention restrictions for these three types of people to participate in outdoor activities will also be lifted.

In other words, whoever is on these occasions must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
