LONDON – The paths of disinformation are endless, at least when Vladimir Putin’s Russia is guiding it in an occult way. After the invasion of Ukraine last February, the European Union banned RT (Russia Today) and Sputnik, two of the main channels used by the Kremlin to spread its propaganda in Europe. It was one of the measures taken by the West as part of the sanctions against Moscow for the war.
