Jakarta – Jujutsu Kaisen is truly second to none, detikers. After completing two seasons that satisfied fans and was hailed as the adaptation of the most popular anime series in the world, now Gege Akutami’s work has broken records again. Sugoi (cool) is really cool!
This anime adaptation from Studio MAPPA will appear as the ‘Most Popular Television Program’ in 2025. Conveniently, Jujutsu Kaisen also got a place in the Guinness World Records.
Guinness World Records in its official statement said that Jujutsu Kaisen would be recorded in their big book.
“Jujutsu Kaisen will be included in the Guinness Book of World Records which will be published in 2025. It has been decided that its name be displayed as ‘the most popular TV anime program in the world‘. Thank you for your support for Jujutsu Kaisen,” wrote Guinness World Records.
Jujutsu Kaisen managed to achieve a global demand rating (meaning from all over the world) of 71.2 times greater than other television series.
Parrot’s Analytics site said, there are many audience requests in their surveys on how much attention, engagement, desire and views consumers give to an anime series.
“Jujutsu Kaisen was also able to beat the pirate anime Straw Hat (One Piece) and the Scout Regiment throughout 2023. This is no small achievement,” wrote a statement from Parrot Analytics.
Jujutsu Kaisen fans were satisfied with the Shibuya Incident Arc in the second season, now MAPPA has confirmed this, detikers. A third season is currently in development.
