Silje Nordnes (39) has become a well-known and loved profile on the TV screen.
For a number of years, she was the voice that large parts of Norway woke up to every morning in NRK’s radio program “P3 Morgen”, together with Ronny Brede Aase (35) and Markus Neby (30).
In recent years, she has been the host of the popular show “Maskorama” on NRK.
Now Nordnes can be seen on the screen again, but this time in a slightly different setting. She is among the participants in “Kompani Lauritzen”.
14 new celebrities are ready to push boundaries and become the best version of themselves through Dag Otto Lauritzen’s military plan.

Silje Nordnes opened up about the disease
Opposite TV 2 told Nordnes about her chronic illness, which she has lived with for 14 years, and that she was excited about how it would affect her in the program earlier this month.
In 2010, the presenter was diagnosed with Morbus Crohn, an inflammatory stomach and intestinal disease that can attack the digestive tract.
– It is a disease that can be triggered a little by stress and such. But I had a conversation with a doctor ahead of time, who thought it was going to be just fineshe told TV 2.
Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract due to disturbances in the immune system.
Common symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhoea, poor appetite and weight loss. Other complications that can occur are skin rashes, joint pain, eye inflammation, and chronic exhaustion (fatigue).
Her honest words about the grief of love
Previously, Nordnes was with artist Fay Wildhagen (30), but in 2021 it became known that the duo had gone their separate ways after three years together.
Recently, she was a guest on Tone Damli’s podcast “Robbery with Tone”, where Damli was stopped by the police, among other things.
But Nordnes also opened up about the heavy heartbreak after the breakup with Wildhagen.
There were many factors that came into play when she became single – such as strict coronary restrictions and a new era in her life. She had left work in P3 morning and was tired after several years of early mornings.
– I was completely paralyzed by the situation. When major changes occur in life, I like to find security in the other fixed points of reference. Through previous breakups I had a steady job to go to, training and friends, but this time all the pegs disappearedshe says candidly in the podcast.
To The online newspaper She opens up further:
– This was many years ago and it is going very well now. It is a covered topic. I am open about this now because it is a topic that is relevant to many, and you are not alone. The vast majority of people go through it during their lifetimeexplains Nordnes.
The time after the breakup was used for music, which became a kind of therapy for Nordnes.

Motivated for “Compani Lauritzen”
Silje Nordnes had no doubts when she was asked to participate in “Kompani Lauritzen”.
– This is a unique opportunity to do things that I would never have done otherwise in my life. I think it will be fine and absolutely terrible. But mostly nice, then. After all, they plan for us to grow as people, and that can hurt from time to time. I am prepared for that, she said.
Nordnes hopes that the recording would make her tougher.
– I think it’s very common that you become more worried and afraid with age, and I don’t like that. So I want to challenge that. I want to be a little toughersaid Silje Nordnes.

On his Instagram account, Nordnes shared a clip of himself from what we have in store, where followers have poured in with comments that they are looking forward to seeing the 39-year-old in the program:
“Raw and good lady ass”, writes Kompani participant Vår Staude.
“Oioioi, which I can’t wait to see,” writes NRK colleague Tuva Fellman.
“You’re just so tough,” writes a third.
Breakups are never easy, but we’re glad you got through it.
