Support for the Palestinian genocide reveals the black soul of Europe: aberrant

There is an uninterrupted historical line that connects the Europe that tolerated the Holocaust against the Jews eighty years ago and the one that today openly supports the genocide against the Palestinians carried out by the Netanyahu government with the weapons of the United States and other Western countries, including the ‘Italy. A black soul which is reproduced almost a century later in very different historical circumstances but based on the same thing repudiation of every feeling of humanityregardless of any element of ethnic and religious identity or political orientation.

The fact that it is Germany, the state responsible at the time, under the Nazi regime, for the extermination of the Jews, but also for less well-known crimes at the time of colonialism in Namibia and elsewhere, appears truly disturbing. the most uncritical supporter of Israel’s right to massacre the Palestinian population to ensure its own self-defense, to the point of intervening before the International Court of Justice to support its completely inconsistent and unfounded legal reasons. This attitude – in my opinion – really aberrant appears only partly attributable to a sort of guilt complex. If this were the case, moreover, it would still be an aberration given that the guilt of having committed a genocide, carried out by the Nazi regime but with the active or passive participation of the vast majority of the German population, certainly cannot be atoned for endorsing another.

Italy too finds itself in these painful circumstances once again on the wrong side of history, shamelessly supporting genocides, war criminals and those against humanity. Also in this case a certain parallel can be drawn with the events of the time, given that the fascist regime then in power, in addition to dragging Italy into a catastrophic war, acted as an auxiliary and girth of the genocide in command. How can we not see similarities with the current situation? Especially taking into account the fact that the political personnel currently in government are, like it or not, descending than it was then.

If it’s true that the historical moment is totally different, there is however a basic common element in the positions taken today and then, all equally in favor of wars and genocides, two horrendous dishes on the same menu. It’s about the strenuous desire to take the field in support of a certain idea of the West, characterized by the need to maintain global dominance at any cost in a world that is changing irreversibly. An attachment to a dominance that becomes irreparably more obsolete day by day, and which cannot be safeguarded with the sound of bombs and exterminations, not even by reducing the entire planet to a sort of immense Gaza, populated with rubble and abandoned and suffering humanity.

Yet this is the profound meaning of the recent call to arms by Admiral Bauer, president of the NATO Military Committee, who stated that civilians must prepare for all-out war with Russia inevitably destined to explode over the next twenty years. An infamous appeal which obviously clashes with the natural repudiation not only of our Constitution but of ninety or more percent of the Italian people but which encounters the unfortunate silence of almost the entire political class, including not only Meloni and Crosetto, awkward ma obedient tin soldiers under the orders of Biden & Co. but also of a large part of the dull and chaotic jumble of power and sub-government that goes by the name of the Democratic Party.

Condemnation of the Gaza massacre has nothing to do with anti-Semitism

Furthermore, the silence of the Italian government and the fake opposition regarding the historic decision of the South Africa anti-racist to appeal to the International Court of Justice to counter the genocide of the Palestinian people that has been ongoing for some time, in favor of which new states are taking sides every day, including European states such as the Slovenia. The silence of the local authorities is even less understandable. In fact, one wonders why the mayor of Rome Gualtieri, zealous supporter of the West’s reasons in Ukraine, do not utter a word in favor of the over thirty thousand Palestinian civilians, about a third of whom are children, until today massacred with impunity by Israel.

Israel, supported in this by the most conservative part of the Jewish communities, continues in the meantime to massacre the Palestinians, playing unscrupulously as always the card of anti-Semitism with the consent of true historical anti-Semites. Netanyahu just to stay in the saddle he seems willing to set fire to the entire Middle East and the entire world. It is also clear that it cannot prevail over the will of an entire people to resist. In the coming months we will therefore undoubtedly witness Netanyahu’s demise and it will be necessary to forcefully put forward a hypothesis of peace with justice, against the murderous warmongers and their homegrown servants.
