Kapanlagi.com – Gathan Saleh Halibi, who was previously the husband of Dina Lorenza and Cut Keke, is suspected of being involved in the shooting case. This involvement occurred in a shooting incident in the Jatinegara area, East Jakarta, on Thursday (08/02/2024).
The incident started when Mohammad Andika Mowardi (32) was walking alone after buying food. He met the perpetrator in the office parking area. Without explanation, the perpetrator approached while pulling out the firearm he had. Then the shooting incident occurred.
Based on the report, the perpetrator is suspected of being involved in a crime as regulated in Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning Murder and/or Article 53 of the Criminal Code concerning Attempted Criminal Offenses. Or it could also be Article 1 paragraph 1 of Emergency Law no. 12 of 1951 concerning anyone who without the right enters, owns and uses firearms or explosives.
