The organizer justifies the cancellation with significantly higher prices for artists in the genre, uncertain and canceled tour plans, higher costs and less purchasing power among the public.
They say that the public is informed by email, and tickets are to be refunded automatically.
Several major artists were booked for the festival, including Kamelen, Arif and American 21 Savage. In addition, the recently deceased Dutty Dior should have been on stage at Kadetten.
