Banyuwangi, Jurnalnews – The Da’wah Practice Program for Islamic Boarding School eLkisi Mojokerto students for 3 weeks of Ramadhan was truly an impressive experience and extraordinary mental training before entering society after graduating from Pondok. They are distributed throughout the archipelago at their own expense. Placement areas and caravan members are randomized and can also be requested by the guardian of the santri. For Banyuwangi Regency this year it will be at the At Taqwa Cluring Mosque and the Al Hilal 2 Sobo Mosque.

“I wanted to be outside Java, but Qodarullah was deployed in his homeland,” said Rois Suryo Nugroho from Banjarsari-Glagah, who is currently in class

Rois and his friends from different classes and levels from Sidoarjo, Malang and Mojokerto live in the Al Hilal Mosque behind the KPUD and Dispendik offices.

For 3 weeks, 6 students shared the roles of muezzin, imam, study center and cult between tarawih and witr. Even Mahib from Sidoarjo, who was still in grade 9 of junior high school, and Rois had become Friday preachers.

“Thank God, I have the courage to share knowledge about planting in the fields before entering class society. Continue to learn from various sources of books and various characters of the community,” said H. Junun, SH representing the congregation during the farewell ceremony which was held ahead of tadarusan, Monday (1/4/ 24).

Added by one of the Islamic boarding school guardians, H. Juwaini, we are touched by our children being the successors of the Prophet’s message of preaching.

“Continue to be the sun who always gives without asking. We are proud and calm that our children can recite the Koran and pray for their parents. “Now you are a few of the young people who are contaminated by promiscuity and the negative influence of the millennial era,” he said while his voice was shaking and his eyes were teary.

Amir of the Da’wah Caravan, Akbar Sobirin, who studied D-1 Da’wah from the Indonesian Da’wah Academy (East Java) Indonesian Islamic Da’wah Council, initially imagined that Banyuwangi only had the Osing tribe and the weather was cold because it was on the edge of Mount Raung and the Ijen Crater. There was also no electricity and the atmosphere was very cold, so before leaving they equipped themselves with silicone according to their imagination. And the caravan was attracted by the term sharia beach on Santen Island, which in reality is far from sharia. Until they came several times to get acquainted, register and work together to prosper the Nurul Amal Musholla together with the Head of RT 80 KK and Ustadz Samsul.

“It’s not bad that during Ramadhan there were 33 people who were in the congregation. And those who wanted to be in the congregation on the last day we visited Santen Island were a gift of food from LAZNAS DDII East Java. “If only we could have a training program and capital grants for a year so that in the future they could become muzzaki and the economy would not be an excuse for not fasting,” said Akbar. Furthermore, in this Jurnalnews media, Akbar, who wants to write in the mass media, is also grateful, full of emotion.

“Thank God, when we arrived at this assignment, we didn’t have any acquaintances, but over time and the process was quite interesting, we were here as if we had a new family which felt very warm for us when we were about to say goodbye,” said Akbar, a second semester student.

“At first we were nervous and the sound didn’t come out. “Luckily, Takmir immediately contacted Bung Aguk Darsono from Sanggar Merah Putih”45 to train our breathing, vocals and literacy in public speaking,” said Abimanyu, who is in class XII.

“And thank God, my ‘R’ plate is also sane enough to be fluent in the call to prayer and telling stories by being trained to laler ngisore rail!” Fikri continued, who was happy that Bung Aguk also brought a crew like Abdul Mun’in who mastered various recitation tones and the call to prayer as well as Indah CC and Nur Laela who were skilled MCs and Host Moderators.

During the opportunity to travel, the two of them also made an impression when they had the opportunity to see the World Theater Day performance at the Juang’45 Building on Saturday (30/3/24).

“We are becoming more familiar with expressions, pantomin gestures, intonation and the basics of theater taught by Bung Aguk et al. Later we will adapt the stories and moral messages to preaching through the arts of poetry and drama,” said Abimanyu, whose face is the type of role that makes him sad when casting.

Chairman of Takmir Drs. H. Agus Iskandar Zulkarnaen, whose sons and daughters have boarded at Elkisi and As-Syafi’i Kaliputih Genteng, said that the partnership had been going on for a long time until last year’s Ramadhan with the arrival of students from Bondowoso, Sepeken, Kediri and Bali.

“Thank you for the patience of the congregation and residents while the santri were hit by the Candradimuka crater in religious matters, neighborly srawung and neighborhood community service. “And greetings to the caretaker kyai,” he said.

Beautiful smiles in photos and holiday gifts color the beauty of this farewell ceremony which in the future will hopefully become a reference for the younger generation to be moved and happy to pursue the world of Da’wah which is not only on the pulpit and surfing on gadgets. (AWN/Q’Nin/JN)
