The founders Lars and Vibeke Grønseth of the hair knitting company Bon Dep get both Haaland and the family-owned investment company Øgreid on the ownership side. DN writes that based on similar previous transactions, they can establish that the company is valued at around half a billion kroner.

The newspaper writes that the couple started the business in the garage in 2012. At the beginning, the goal was to do interior design, but a couple of years later, Vibeke Grønseth came across the Kknekki hairband.

She then acquired the rights to sell the hair tie in Norway and Denmark. Later, their company Bon Dep bought the entire brand.

Bon Dep was named this year’s Gazelle in DN in 2022.

The Manchester City star with the long hair says the following to DN about the investment:

– I am proud to join the ownership side of Bon Dep and look forward to being part of an exciting journey. I myself have used Kknekki for several years and this is the world‘s best hair tie, says Haaland.

According to DN’s experience, the Haaland system buys five percent of Bon Dep.
