Israel launched a successful operation in southern Lebanon, eliminating two high-ranking Hezbollah terrorists identified as Hussein Azqul and Muhammad Attiyah, members of the terrorist group’s air units. In response, Hezbollah attempted to launch three explosive drones towards the Acre area, but they were intercepted before causing any harm. This attack marked one of the furthest incursions into Israeli territory from Lebanon by the terrorist group.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army conducted a surprise operation in the central area of Gaza to maintain control over the Netzarim Corridor and suppress terrorist activities. Troops have intensified their efforts in both the central and northern regions of Gaza to combat ongoing threats.

In related news, the IDF reported the death of reservist Sergeant Salem Alkreshat, the 261st soldier to fall in combat during the ground offensive in the Strip. Hamas military spokesman Abu Obeida called for increased aggression on all fronts, particularly in Judea and Samaria, as the conflict reached its 200th day without a resolution.

Despite accusations from Hamas, the IDF denied allegations of mass graves and executions at a hospital in southern Gaza, stating that troops were conducting unsuccessful searches for hostage bodies buried by Palestinians nearby. Additionally, the United States imposed sanctions on four individuals and two companies linked to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard for malicious cyber activity against US government agencies and firms.

Qatar reaffirmed its support for Hamas amid ongoing mediation efforts for a peace agreement, noting that there is no justification for expelling the group from Qatari territory. Despite this, Qatar expressed regret over attacks from Israel and reiterated its commitment to mediate in the conflict.
