Aída Victoria Merlano Manzaneda was sentenced by the Prosecutor’s Office to a sentence of 13 years and 10 months in prison for being a co-author of the crime of using minors in the commission of aggravated crimes and an accomplice in the crime of prisoner escape, this due to what happened on October 1, 2019 when his mother, Aída Merlano, ran away in a dental office, located in the north of Bogotá.

The magistrate revoked the benefit of house arrest, which had been given to him in the first instance, and ordered his immediate arrest.
