Tone Damli (35) often speaks warmly of his hometown Sogndal, and owns a cabin close to the Sogndal ski center together with his ex-brother-in-law.

According to the newspaper, the price record for cabins in this area is from 2022, when a cabin was sold for close to NOK 7.9 million.
The cabin was built in 2016 and has a usable area of 420 square meters, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The price is NOK 11.3 million.

Jostein Mo from Privatmegleren Sogn defends the stiff price tag by saying that cabins half as large have previously been sold for eight million kroner.
– The price is based on construction costs and previous sales in the area, he explains to Dagbladet.
Dagbladet has tried to get in touch with Tone Damli, so far without success.
Mo can say that interest has been reported from both at home and abroad, including from a person from Dubai and one from New York.

– The property was launched on Friday, so there have been no viewings yet other than virtual viewings. I have faith in selling the cabin. It is, as always, about finding the right buyer. The market is slow, but improving. It still requires extra to find the right buyer, but we will do our utmost to do that, he explains.
Mo does not think that it has anything to say for the sale that it is Damli who is the cabin’s owner as of today.

Peace in London
The artist usually lives at Blommenholm in Bærum with her fiancé Markus Foss (41) and children Billie (9) and Marlon (3).
It was last November that Foss got down on one knee and got a yes from the “Butterflies” singer, after ten years as lovers.

The couple went out to eat at a nice restaurant in London. When Damli went to the bathroom, Foss took steps to prepare for the proposal. He arranged for roses and champagne and gave the camera to an employee.
