New York – Donald Trump issued a warning to the Court Supreme: if they do not recognize his immunity and readmit him to the party presidential primaries in Colorado, the country will end up in chaos, it will be all hell. A few hours after the tycoon’s participation in the funeral in Palm Beach, Florida, of the mother of former first lady Melania, Amalija Knavs, who died at the age of 78 after an illness, Trump’s lawyers opened a new front.
The legal team led by Jonathan Mitchell presented a request to the supreme judges of Washington, who must decide whether to accept or reject the decision of the Colorado state court, which on December 19th excluded Trump from the primaries, and consequently from the November elections, appealing to the third section of the 14th amendment to the U.S. Constitution that prohibits anyone who has participated in an insurrection from running for public office. The tycoon is accused of the fact that as president, after having sworn loyalty to the Constitution, he then played a role in the riot of January 6, 2021, when hundreds of his supporters attacked the Capitol in an attempt to block the certification of Joe’s election as president Biden, and attacking the very Constitution to which loyalty had been sworn. Under the 14th Amendment, Trump would have become ineligible. “The court – the lawyers wrote – should decisively and decisively end these attempts to disqualify the election, which threatens to disenfranchise tens of millions of Americans and unleash chaos and pandemonium if the courts and officials of other states will follow Colorado’s decision, excluding the Republicans’ likely chosen candidate from the ballots.” The case will be heard in Washington on February 8.

More than thirty states could rule on this case. The Washington Court can put an end to the dispute before the United States enters the heart of the election campaign. The lawyers reiterated that the tycoon “never participated in or directed any illegal conduct that occurred on January 6”. “In fact – we read in the text – the opposite is true: as president, Trump repeatedly called for peace, patriotism, law and order”. According to the lawyers, he was given powers of “telepathy”, as well as being able to “know in advance how his supporters would react” to the fiery speech delivered in the White House area on the morning of January 6. However, former collaborators of the tycoon have declared to federal prosecutors that Trump was aware that some of the supporters marching towards Congress were armed. But he waited more than four hours before going on video and invite participants in the insurrection to stop.
