NEW YORK – Donald Trump gathered around a table overlooking the ocean, in his Mar-a-Lago resort, around twenty CEOs of the big American oil corporations and proposed a pact: Big Oil will finance his election campaign with one billion dollars, to bring him to the White House, and he will reward them by resetting Joe Biden’s green agenda and offering all of America to drill, starting with the Gulf of Mexico.
