The local police said that the conflict occurred at about 1:30 that day. The police found two parked vehicles and several armed men on Interstate 95. The armed men claimed that they were from an organization that “does not recognize American laws” and set off from Rhode Island to a place for “training.” After refusing to lay down their weapons and cooperating with the police investigation, the police launched a nine-hour confrontation with them, and finally successfully arrested 11 armed men.
