That is, “entrusted to individual responsibility and personal common sense”, as Johnson himself said. In the meantime, however, the Delta variant of the Coronavirus is biting more and more in the United Kingdom and then today the minister for vaccines Nadhim Zahawi said that citizens “are expected to”, that is, “it would be good for them to wear” masks indoors.
