The ministry identified the victim as Ghaith Yamin, 16, who died of a head injury “after being shot by Israeli forces” during clashes near Joseph’s Tomb, east of Nablus. The clashes occurred when Jewish faithful, escorted by soldiers, arrived at a temple on the outskirts of Nablus where Patriarch Joseph is said to be buried. At least 15 Palestinians were reportedly injured.
