BANDUNG—West Java DJKN Regional Office held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to develop and deepen competencies regarding law and public relations, starting on Thursday (7/3).
This forum was held as part of the West Java DJKN Regional Office’s initiative to improve understanding and application of law and good government public relations practices.
In two days of intensive discussions, participants were invited to explore various aspects related to law and public relations that are relevant to DJKN operations, including Case Handling, Strategy for achieving Public Relations Ecosystem Effectiveness (EEK) performance, implementation of CRM Deskpro, thorough discussion of PPID performance targets, Policy ICT and Information Security, and Brand Use in Government.
This face-to-face activity also becomes a forum for exchanging experiences between participants. Open and collaborative discussions allow participants to learn from each other and enrich their knowledge about how law and public relations can be integrated effectively in the implementation of duties and functions.
This FGD activity not only provides a deeper understanding, but also provides momentum to build synergy between KPKNL units within the West Java DJKN Regional Office.
