In 2015, Luca Argentero and Cristina Marino met in Santo Domingo on the set of “Caribbean Holidays”. Cristina revealed that their fate was shaped largely by chance, an example of “sliding doors”, as she was supposed to leave Santo Domingo the day before Argentero’s arrival, but a mistake in booking the flight left them have dinner together that evening.
