The second phase of the Copa do Brasil is played in a single game. Unlike the previous stage, now the visitor does not have the advantage of a draw. If equality persists after 90 minutes, the place will be determined in a penalty shootout.
Inter will receive R$1.7 million in prize money if they advance. Nova Iguaçu, as it competes in Series D at national level, can earn R$900,000 from classification.
