Xi Jinping is talking about anti-corruption at this moment. Analysts believe that one should be related to the need to carefully deploy cronies before the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the fall, and the other is related to his policy of clearing the zero.
At the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping intends to break the party rule that the general secretary of the Communist Party of China has only served two terms. He originally took the fight against the epidemic as one of the major achievements of his successful succession to the 20th National Congress. But Xi Jinping began to “counterattack” after a period of time. In the Politburo meeting notice issued by Xinhua News Agency, from beginning to end, each chapter begins with Xi Jinping’s “pointing out” and “emphasizing”, with a grim tone. Judging from its content, although it is similar to Xi Jinping’s first five years in power, it is not. When the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is approaching, it is not ordinary to speak like this. In particular, Xi repeatedly pointed to “senior party cadres” in his speeches, and even directly pointed to all Politburo members, including members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, asking them to have a “heart of awe”.
The so-called “reverence” means “two supporters”, and the core of the “two supporters” is to support Xi Jinping himself, which is to be “absolute loyalty” to the leader as expressed by Li Wenzhong, secretary of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee. The so-called “two-faced person”, Xi Jinping emphasized in his speech on the 17th: “Resolutely eliminate the two-faced person who violates the party’s yang and yin”.
Xi Jinping’s speech at this Politburo meeting focused on what he called “intra-party supervision”, and the focus of intra-party supervision was “leading cadres, especially senior cadres.” Take good care of the people around you”, probably to prevent the emergence of what he called “gangs”.
