What analysts define as the most important turning point in the political structure that has governed the country since 2012, has matured in Riyadh, where the government in exile has been based for years, and is first of all an attempt by Saudi Arabia which has long supported Hadi, to arrive at a change of scenery in Yemen, where since 2015 Riyadh has led a long and fruitless military campaign against the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels.
