Agreement between trade unions and Usl Valle d’Aosta on the Covid indemnity to 1,400 employees

by admin

Agreement signed for the distribution of approximately 1 million euros to employees who served at the beginning of the pandemic

The supplementary agreement for the distribution of Covid-19 funds signed by the Usl Company of the Aosta Valley and by the trade union representatives of the single sector involves more than 1,400 employees.

The agreement concerns the distribution of one-off allowances, in all around 1 million euros, to employees on duty during the first months of the health emergency. It was decided to distribute the bonus to staff who between March, April and June 2020 paid at least 50 percent of the institutional hourly debt, counting the days of absence due to Covid injury certified by Inail but excluding the hours in smart working.

There are 300 employees in the high range (who have paid over 100% of the hourly debt), those in the middle range (between 80 and 100%) are 783 and those in the low range (from 50 to 80%) are 371. Each one will receive a more or less high allowance according to the band.
