Taiwan’s Central News Agency quoted India’s Zee News as saying that people held a rare public demonstration in Jalalabad, a large city in eastern Afghanistan. Dozens of people replaced the Taliban flag and hoisted the Afghan flag in Pashtunistan Square. The video shows that local people support this.
As a result, the people clashed with Taliban members. The Taliban shot at the assemblers on the street, killing at least 3 people and injuring more than 12 others.
A reporter from a news agency in Charalaba said that when reporting on the scene, Taliban members assaulted him and another TV cameraman.
According to a report by Al Jazeera, Taliban members also shot at people in a square in Daronta, outside of Charalaba, because the people also replaced the Taliban flag with the national flag there. The demonstrations and gatherings of the people in Charalaba have rapidly expanded to several provinces in Afghanistan.
Some netizens posted on social media Twitter (Twitter) to share a video showing the violent actions of Taliban members after the seizure of power, and wrote: “So these terrorists can’t believe a word! So I look forward to this strict Sharia law The regime will be gentler, it’s just looking for the tiger’s skin!”
The Taliban talked about amnesty while conducting raids; they talked about being public servants of the people, serving the people, and suppressing and pursuing them. So these terrorists can’t believe a word! Therefore, I hope that this regime that implements strict Islamic law will be gentler, it is simply looking for the skin of a tiger!pic.twitter.com/MmJMZh1vXA
