The “Administrative Measures” clarifies the qualifications of practitioners. It is required that those engaged in management training in accordance with disciplines must have corresponding teacher qualification certificates, and those engaged in management training in accordance with non-disciplinary disciplines must have corresponding professional (professional) ability certificates; non-primary, primary, and kindergarten teachers.
