Subsequently, on 29 March 2013, the contract was stipulated between the Municipality of Udine and Udinese Calcio to transfer the surface rights to the company, including the surface property on the Stadium area, an operation aimed at enhancing the structure through the restructuring of the existing plant and its management “.

“As part of the contract, Article 5 prohibits changing the name of the Friuli Stadium”, recalls Fontanini.

“It is therefore clear that the Dacia Arena name constitutes an obvious information error. Furthermore, the hypothesis that this name has been indicated by Udinese Calcio constitutes an evident breach of the contract.
