In addition to the Scarpadoro, all the other sports promotion events organized by Atletica Vigevano and dedicated to the world of school (for the ‘Spring of the race’) should return to Vigevano this year, which in 2021 had been forcibly suspended. It will begin on Thursday 3 March with the “Pino Pensa” trophy, dedicated to lower and high schools, and will continue on Saturday 19 March with the Pensa trophy of the same name, this time dedicated to elementary schools. Sunday 27 March will be the turn – in fact – of the fifteenth Scarpadoro which, as always, will make an entire city run and will bring runners from all over Italy to Vigevano. In April, the appointments will move to the track where the “Dante Merlo” trophy will be staged for the lower middle schools, on Thursday 21 April, and for elementary schools, on Saturday 14 May. Overall, about 5 thousand people are expected to participate in the five events scheduled in the ducal city.
