Create your own startup while you are still studying e before entering the world of workwhich is when it should be done, that is, when those who make it do it: this is the idea behind Genoa Entrepreneurship School, a 4-week course that is also a startup accelerator.

The project was born from the collaboration between theUniversity of Genoathe Georgetown University and the McDonough School of Businessboth from Washington, in the United States, and received the support of the Municipality and Chamber of Commerce of Genoa, Erg, 777 Partners and Banca Passadore: in practice, it is a course that will take place from 20 June to 15 July next, with participants who will receive a double certification from both universities involved.

What is studied in the Genoa Entrepreneurship School

To pull the strings of everything, the 23 year old Guglielmo Schenardi, who has his own startup (his name is Rita Personal Data)created precisely during his studies, and who had the idea of ā€‹ā€‹ā€œhelping young students and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to start carry out their businessā€.

For four weeks, course participants will take lessons from professors from both universities (Genoa and Georgetown), will have at their disposal work spaces where they can try to put into practice what they have learned and above all they will be able to deal with mentors of international standing. With those who made it, like CEOs, startup founders and business pundits from American campuses like Stanford, Harvard and Berkeley or even work for companies like GoogleL’Oreal, Meta, Microsoft and Oracle or are among the young professionals included in the Forbes 30 under 30 ranking.
