Rivarolo, language and work courses to start over

The synergy between Oggi Lavoro and the Natale Capellaro Foundation will allow 15 refugees to attend Italian lessons and technical training

RIVAROLO CANAVESE. A synergy between the “Oggi Lavoro” agency of Rivarolo, founded in 2005 with the Canavese capital, and the Natale Capellaro Foundation of Ivrea, allows 15 Ukrainian refugees aged 18 and over, who arrived in Canavese in recent days, to attend a course of 48 hours of Italian with mother tongue teachers, a technical training course of 4 hours a day for a total of 20 hours, depending on the needs, and then to be inserted into the world of work, through the activation of specific recruiting days presence of recruiters and Ukrainian interpreters to detect the work experience and technical skills of candidates to be presented to Canavese companies. «This is possible – explains the project manager Ramona Mirabelli – thanks to the possibility of using funds destined for training. As a result of the social drama that hit the Ukrainian people, by virtue of the strong welcome shown in the territories where we operate with our branches and the possibility of making our training funds available, we were able to organize a project aimed at give refugees job opportunities. Different sectors: electronics, mechanics, food packaging and production, catering ». The branches involved are Cuorgnè, Ivrea, Chivasso and Ciriè. –
