This is the reason with which the TAR of Liguria rejected the appeal of the animal rights association Earth against the Municipality of Bergeggi (Savona). Earth asked to suspend and cancel the ordinance issued by the Municipality of Bergeggi last May in the part in which it prohibits the handlers of animals, even if equipped with a muzzle or leash, from being able to access the free beaches of the coast during the bathing season. The TAR rejected the precautionary petition.
