Two defeats arrive for the two Canavese clubs on the last day of the First Category regional bowls championship, but both away but both Sangiorgese and San Bernardo d’Ivrea enter the final phase of the championship.
The Sangiorgese loses 12-6 in the away match in Saluzzo, the match sees the hosts close the first round with a 6-2 lead, the Canavese win the precision shot but in the last round they impose themselves in a single traditional match. The San Bernardo Ivrea loses in Aosta against Le Carreau for 11-7. In the first round, the hosts are ahead 5-3.
Here is the final ranking of the group four: Sangiorgese 8 points, San Bernardo d’Ivrea, Auxilium Saluzzo 6, Le Carreau 4.
Qualified for the final phase: Sangiorgese and San Bernardo Ivrea (equal merit, but with the best differenceq points compared to Auxilium). –
