[Epoch Times, June 26, 2021]On June 25, the CCP issued a white paper “New Party System”, claiming that the CCP-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system “conforms to China’s national conditions and national governance needs” and is “conducive to China’s national conditions and governance needs.” National development, national rejuvenation, social progress, and people’s happiness”.
The CCP’s statement goes against the facts. For 72 years of the CCP’s dictatorship, many political campaigns and disasters have claimed the lives of 80 million Chinese people. Today, China has serious environmental pollution and destruction of traditional culture. The monthly income of 600 million people is only 1,000 yuan, and there is a large number of poor people. The CCP is the one-party dominance, ordering people from all walks of life to follow the party and listen to the party’s words. After its establishment, the establishment of a new party is not allowed. The so-called “multi-party cooperation” is nothing but a political vase. The CCP has imposed bans on newspapers, party bans, and established strict network blockades to wantonly infringe upon human rights. When the CCP keeps repeating its fallacies and heresies, it is necessary for us to review history and face reality squarely.
The essence of the one-party system of the Chinese Communist Party
Why does the CCP adhere to the one-party system? Deng Xiaoping once claimed that it was for “social stability.” The Chinese Communist Party’s official media, documents and spokespersons have repeatedly stated that this is due to national conditions and is a “people’s choice”.
On March 12, 2021, the party media Xinhua News Agency published an article: “From the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party to the National Two Sessions in 2021, the party’s propositions have been transformed into the will of the country through legal procedures, bringing together the wisdom of the entire party and the people of all ethnic groups across the country. The outline of the plan for harmony and willingness…” This sentence blatantly shows: The CCP used the law to forcibly transform its attempts into “national will” and forcefully represent “the people of all ethnic groups.” It can be seen that all the policies promulgated by the CCP since its establishment are the party’s propositions and cannot reflect public opinion at all.
Looking at the world, all countries that implement the socialist system have experienced famines, economic downturns, lack of livelihoods, and deprivation of human rights. Most countries that implement multi-party systems are prosperous and stable, and their people live and work in peace and contentment and enjoy the right to freedom. In Asia alone, the economic growth and free atmosphere of Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea are the envy of mainland visitors.
From the 1950s to the 1980s, more than one million Chinese people smuggled to Hong Kong by walking, swimming or taking a boat due to hunger, poverty, and political persecution. This became the longest mass escape during the Cold War. Called “The Great Escape”. Since then, batch after batch of Chinese have chosen to leave the mainland, some have immigrated legally, some risked smuggling, and their destinations are all free and democratic societies. This includes a large number of CCP officials and their families. Facts show that the Communist Party is evil and socialism is bad.
Since the CCP claims to “seek happiness for the people,” why ignore the facts and not allow the people to try a new system? Because it is unwilling to lose power and the benefits that come with power.
The CCP deprives the people of political rights
The CCP’s one-party dictatorship deprives the people of the right to participate in and discuss politics, and it relies on illegality and violence to maintain it and further persecutes the people.
The mainland dissident Zha Jianguo is one of the initiators of the China Democracy Party. In 1999, Zha Jianguo was arrested for assisting Xu Wenli in establishing the “China Democracy Party Beijing and Tianjin Party Headquarters”. In August of the same year, he was sentenced for “subverting state power” 9 year.
On October 5, 2016, Voice of America reported on the chaos in China’s grassroots elections. Yang Tingjian (real name Yang Wei), a human rights activist in Zixi County, Jiangxi Province, introduced how he was suppressed when he was running for the local People’s Congress. When Yang Tingjian registered for the election, the staff of the local election agency said that he was not eligible to stand for election. Yang went to the local election committee to check relevant legal documents to prove that non-communist members were eligible to stand for election. However, he was detained for ten days for “disturbing the order of the unit” and missed the application form.
In January this year, 55 Hong Kong pan-democrats were arrested by the police. The so-called “charge” was that they violated the Hong Kong version of the National Security Law by participating in the pan-democratic primary election in July last year. On February 28, 47 of them were charged with “conspiracy to subvert state power.” In March, the People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China passed the “Decision to Improve Hong Kong’s Electoral System”, which basically blocked the democratic party’s parliamentary political path.
Whose interests does the CCP represent?
On June 25, the party media commented that the CCP’s party system “can truly, broadly and persistently represent the fundamental interests of the majority of the people… It can effectively prevent some party systems from representing party interests, class interests, regional and group interests. Oppose and oppose, leading to the drawbacks of negotiating without decision and social tearing.”
As we all know, the CCP officials at all levels, the National People’s Congress, and the CPPCC representatives are not elected through genuine democratic elections. How can this system “truly” represent the fundamental interests of the people?
Since the CCP is pursuing the party’s propositions, how can it accuse “some party systems representing party interests and class interests”? Furthermore, under the CCP’s rule, the Chinese people have never had real votes and have never experienced a different political system. How can they know that it will lead to “social tearing”?
Lei Xinrui, a girl from Fengxian County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, developed tetraplegia, loss of consciousness, and blindness when she was 11 months old after being injected with a group A meningococcal vaccine produced by Wuhan Biotech. Lei Xinrui’s parents had sought the vaccination unit, Fengxian CDC, and provincial and municipal health bureaus for this, but none of them accepted it, and no compensation. In 2016, the Lei family took the child to Beijing for treatment. During the period, they went to the CCP’s Health and Family Planning Commission to report the problem, but was forcibly taken back by Fengxian government and public security personnel in the middle of the night. Mother Lei Xiao was detained in the detention center for more than a month, and his father and grandma were detained on charges of “picking trouble and provoking trouble.”
Lei Xiao told the Epoch Times reporter: “In the exchange group of children with sequelae of vaccines, there will be many new faces every day who get vaccine accidents, and most of them are incurable diseases. Seeing that his lively and lovely child is killed by a shot of the poisonous vaccine. Become a vegetative and suffer such an extinction, but don’t even have the right to tell the truth. This is the land we live in!” In December 2019, 5-year-old Lei Xinrui passed away.
On July 29, 2019, Huang Qi, a well-known human rights activist in China and the founder of June 4th.com, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for “intentionally leaking state secrets” and “illegal provision of family secrets abroad”. In October 2018, Huang Qi’s mother, Pu, who was over eighty years old, made an appeal through a video: “My son is speaking the real thing for the Chinese people and telling their grievances. He is not guilty. The other party deliberately fabricated evidence to frame…”.
In early January 2021, Tu Jinshen, a veteran former member of the Hong Kong Democratic Party, was arrested for participating in the primary election of the Legislative Council. After his release, he called on Chinese leaders to think: “Why (Hong Kong) cannot implement a true one country, two systems, while staying away from the value of civilization? What about people who use unwarranted political charges to persecute peace, strive for civilized values, and democracy? I really feel sad.”
Xu Na is a Beijing painter and a Falun Gong practitioner. She has been arrested and sentenced many times for insisting on her beliefs. She has been tortured and is still being held illegally. Xu Na wrote in the article “Who Had Troubled My Motherland”: “My motherland represents the mountains and rivers of this land and the traditional culture of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism for thousands of years. A’ghost’ came to ruin the land of China, and made the people only profit, and it would be called the benefit of the country, the family, and the individual. The whole country’handed over profits from top to bottom’, betraying the five permanent virtues of’benevolence, justice, courtesy, wisdom and trust’. It fights heaven and earth, Make the mountains and rivers no longer. Nowadays, even the green water and green mountains have to be squeezed out of Jinshan and Yinshan.”
The CCP and the democratic parties “take each other with fear”?
The CCP claims that it is “in the same boat through storm and rain” and “fears with each other”. In fact, those democrats are pawns and tools in the CCP’s palm, and they are used to “exhibit” the CCP’s “enlightened”. If the democrats don’t bow to the party, they won’t even have to make a vase.
In late April 1957, the CCP invited the leaders of various democratic parties to help with the rectification, and encouraged them to “know nothing but talk and talk endlessly.” At that time, several well-known democrats happily put forward some opinions and suggestions to the party, and they were labeled as “rightists” and were severely punished.
The “number one big rightist” Zhang Bojun was a member of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Minister of Transport of the Central Committee, Chairman of the Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, and Vice Chairman of the NLD Central Committee. As a result, his social position was basically removed. “Identity continues to be criticized.
Luo Longji, vice chairman of the NLD Central Committee at the time, suggested that the NPC and the CPPCC should set up a committee to check the errors and deviations in the “three evils”, “five evils” and “eliminate counter-revolutionaries” and encourage everyone to redress grievances. The committee must be composed of three parties: the ruling party, the democratic parties, and non-party democrats.
Peng Wenying, a member of the Central Committee of the Democratic League and a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference,’s “rightist” remarks: “Learning from the Soviet Union is not necessarily good, and learning from the US is not necessarily bad. When Peng Wenying was criticized, his sick wife Deng Shilin was frightened and died. According to the official report of the Communist Party of China, during the Cultural Revolution, “the leaders of the democratic parties and the Federation of Industry and Commerce and most of their members were framed and persecuted. According to statistics, the democratic parties were framed and persecuted among the Central Committee members and alternate members of the Central Committee in Beijing. 36.5% were checked.”
The past was cruel. Perhaps this is the main reason for the “close cooperation” between the democratic parties in mainland China and the CCP. Under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party, democrats and people from all walks of life face the same choices: listen to the party, follow the party, give up humanity and conscience, you may have a successful career, fame and fortune; if a person insists on truth and justice, then he or she will Seen as an enemy by the party, he was driven to ruin.

The CCP claimed that “blindly implanting the Western political system regardless of its own national conditions can easily bring catastrophic consequences to the country and people’s lives”. The fact is that the 72-year rule of the Chinese Communist Party has brought disasters in many aspects to China, and the losses are huge and hard to recover. The Chinese people have sufficient reasons and legitimate rights to abandon the CCP and seek a political system that benefits the country and the people. On the other hand, the CCP is anti-universal values, disrupting the international order and eroding the traditional moral foundation of mankind. The international community also has reasons and moral responsibility to condemn the CCP’s brutality and clean up the toxins of communism.
