The agreement renewed for another 12 months, the stadium can also be used for home matches by the Viqueria team of the Second category
VOGHERA
The agreement between the Municipality and the AVC Vogherese has been renewed for one year, expiring on 30 June 2022, and based on the agreement stipulated, the Rossoneri club will manage the Parisi stadium and the Medassino field, for the activity of youth teams. The novelty for the 2021-22 sports season concerns the Viqueria, a Second category club, which will play all home games at the municipal stadium, by virtue of the agreement reached with Voghe and the Palazzo Gounela institution.
«For my part, there has always been maximum willingness to collaborate – comments the Rossoneri boss Oreste Cavaliere – I have never had any foreclosure towards the Viqueria, with whom I have excellent relations. I am happy that there is the possibility to dialogue constructively also with the municipal administration ». In the talks with the Municipality, the possibility emerged that Voghe could use the Campo Giovani in via Barbieri, a structure that the club in via Facchinetti could allocate to the baby footballers of the basic activity. “We will see if our needs can coincide with those who currently manage the sports center in via Barbieri (Atletica Iriense and Rugby Voghera), we do not want to be a hindrance to anyone”, says Cavaliere. The agreement on the Parisi galvanizes the management of the Viqueria, which will thus be able to use the city stadium after passing through various sports facilities, with Bastida as the last temporary home. «For us the possibility of playing home games at Parisi represents a dream come true – explains the president Alessandro Guarrata – finally we will no longer be a stray team, forced to move around the Oltrepo. We want to thank the municipal administration and the president of Voghe, Oreste Cavaliere, who have shown attention and sensitivity. This arrival at Parisi increases our desire to do well. We address the same wish to Vogherese, in the hope that the next sporting year will be full of successes for both clubs ». –
