The establishment of a new holding is expected

The various operational steps include the establishment of the Holdig Harmonic IInnovation Group which will take over the full ownership of the initiative started by Entopan and will involve additional shareholders such as Santo Versace and Genesy Group in the governance. Governance will include economists such as Vittorio Coda and Luca Meldolesi, protagonists of innovation in the political and social fields such as Antonio Viscomi and Gianni Speranza, standard-bearers of digital innovation and fintech such as Riccardo Maria Monti and Alessandro M. Lerro.

To know the overall financial scope of the project, we will have to wait a little longer but in the meantime it has been announced that a further intervention is being defined for the development of the scale-up of the activities, also through the involvement of other national and international investment funds. All this after completing the acquisition, already bound by a preliminary contract, of a facility currently owned by Central Sicaf. The architectural concept was developed by Massimo Roj’s Progetto Cmr, archistar and author of major interventions all over the world. The development of an operational network is also planned in which 50 major national and international players, 100 innovative start-ups, university spin-offs and SMEs, 200 researchers, innovation managers and 40 centers of competence will be able to interact permanently. There are 200 workstations that will be reserved for professionals at facilitated conditions through the definition of specific agreements with the relevant Professional Orders and Funds, investors of the Infrastructure Fund for Growth. «Our Fund – says Andrea Cornetti, CEO of Real Estate and Infrastructures of Azimut Liberaimpresa Sgr – focuses on investments in social infrastructures capable of generating a positive impact on the economy, the environment and local society.
