ROMA – The American Delta Airlines and Air France-KLM have formalized an expression of interest for Ita Airways. They did it together, in the joint letter and double signature that they deliver to the Ministry of Economy, the 100% owner of our national flag carrier (Ita).
A government source – who saw the letter, which was one and a half pages long – reports that Delta Airlines e Air France-Klm they aim to win the majority of Ita also supported by an international fund.
