Autostrade, here is the Cdp offer (to be examined by Atlantia after Easter)

Late Wednesday evening, the board of directors of CDP sealed the offer for 88% of Autostrade per l’Italia in partnership with Macquarie and Blackstone who had “fired” the proposal in the previous hours. The agreement, in the opinion of possible buyers, is significantly better than that of last February and should meet the requests promoted by the holding.
