In light of the recommendation of the Bank of Italy of last 27 July on the distribution of dividends and on the variable remuneration policies of banks, Banca Ifis has decided to implement the shareholders’ meeting resolution of 23 April 2020 on the distribution of the gross unitary dividend for the year 2019 equal to € 1.10 per share.
