Furthermore, it also defines the new productivity value for economic increases at the company group level. In particular, the productivity bonus will be determined with 2nd level bargaining and calculated on the basis of two distinct quotas, one, equal to 80%, determined by the balance sheet of each individual mutual bank, and the second, equal to 20%, which it takes into account the balance of the group to which it belongs. In addition, the protection of workers in the exercise of their functions is extended and provides for an annual contribution of 1,500 euros for each disabled family member.

Corporate contributions to complementary funds strengthened

The issues of health and safety and the classification system of personnel and professional profiles have been entrusted to new national commissions, while a bilateral and joint national body will deal with the impact of new technologies and the digitization of cooperative credit.
