Debut with a bang for MeglioQuesto in Piazza Affari. The shares of the company active in the multichannel customer experience sector were stopped in the volatility auction with a 57% rise on Aim Italia to € 2.204.
With the placement of Meglioquesto, € 17.25 million was collected, corresponding to a price per share of € 1.4 (extreme maximum of the defined price range) and a capitalization of € 73 million. The total demand was about 5 times the supply. The free float is equal to approximately 21.3% of the capital but can rise to 23.55% if the greenshoe option provided for entirely in capital increase is exercised.
