Cnh Industrial: Iveco spin off, Fitch raises its long-term rating by two levels to BBB +

CNH Industrial announced that on January 4, 2022, Fitch
Ratings has raised the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of CNH Industrial NV to ‘BBB +’ from ‘BBB-‘. Fitch has also elevated its senior non-debt rating
guarantee of CNH Industrial Finance Europe SA to ‘BBB +’ from ‘BBB-‘. The outlook is stable. The improvement – explains the CNH note – follows the spin-off of Iveco Group NV “.

Iveco made its debut at Euronext Milan the day before yesterday, in the first session of the new year in Piazza Affari. After the flop debut, the stock strengthened yesterday, also supported by Goldman Sachs’ buy hedge, with a target price of 12 euros.
