Creval: revocation of shares from Borsa Italiana, shareholders’ meeting called on June 18 for new Board of Directors

As of today, the shares of Credito Valtellinese (CreVal) have been revoked from the trading of Piazza Affari, after Crédit Agricole Italia has become the owner of 100% of the capital. CreVal has called the assembly for next 18 June, in which the new board of directors will be decided for the three-year period 2021-2023.
