A minority list for the renewal of the board of directors (BoD) of Erg has been presented in view of the next ordinary meeting. The list, characterized by the presence of only one independent candidate, that of Daniela Toscani, is the result of collaboration with Korn Ferry, an external and independent advisor.
The presentation of this single list was announced by the coordinator of the Managers’ Committee, underlining that the managers involved hold more than 1.9% of the company’s ordinary shares.
The entities that contributed to the formulation of the list include a wide spectrum of asset management companies and institutional investors, including Amber Capital Italia Sgr, Amundi Asset Management Sgr, Anima Sgr, Arca Fondi Sgr, AXA Investment Managers, BancoPosta Fondi Sgr, Bnp Paribas Asset Management, Etica Sgr, Eurizon Capital SA, Eurizon Capital Sgr, Generali Asset Management Sgr, Mediolanum Difesa Fondi Sgr and Mediolanum International Funds Limited.
