ETECSA Promotes Services and Payments from Abroad

The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) has announced this week the promotion of its services and payments that can be made from abroad. As the only telecommunications company in Cuba, ETECSA aims to make it easier for customers to acquire, pay for, and recharge various products and services.

According to their official website, customers can now acquire, pay for, and recharge the following services from abroad:

-Mobile line acquisition
-Purchase of mobile devices
-Acquisition of combined plans (Data, SMS, Minutes)
-Purchase of Nauta Plus
-Recharges for Cubacel and Nauta
-Recharge USD account from MiTransfer wallet
-Payment of the telephone bill
-CubacelTur: a service for tourists visiting Cuba

Customers can purchase telephones, mobile lines, and combined plans through the Suena Cuba online platform. ETECSA also offers the option to purchase a Nauta Plus account through authorized distributors and pay the landline bill through a specific website.

For Nauta recharges, customers can use various websites with the Nauta account details. These recharges can also be used to pay for the Nauta Hogar service if the account is associated with it. Mobile phone balances can be recharged in Cuba from abroad, as well as through international recharge promotions that occur monthly.

The MiTransfer wallet USD account can also be recharged from multiple websites. CubacelTur, a service for tourists visiting Cuba, offers a temporary mobile telephone line with a basic package that includes data, minutes, and SMS, valid for 30 days from activation and can be purchased through various websites.

ETECSA is continuously working to improve its services and make it more convenient for customers to access and pay for telecommunications services in Cuba.
