EU, the housing plan: zero emissions by 2030, aid for the jobs of low-income families

First green light from the Energy Council of the EU for the revision of the directive on the energy performance of buildings. The document predates that by 2030 all new buildings must be zero-emission and that by 2050 existing buildings are gradually refurbished to achieve the same standard. Also expected a aid plan for the redevelopment of buildings which will have to favor low-income families.
